We believe in leading by example … charting a course that will help direct the future of eldercare in our country. We do this in part by placing great emphasis on the integrity and ethics of both our company and our associates.
Achieving results with integrity. This is one of our company’s guiding principles, and it is one of the principles that help define us as a company. All companies must achieve good results if they are to succeed. But we believe that achieving results at any cost is NOT acceptable.
Another important guiding principle is Satisfy customers with quality care and compassion. We constantly exceed expectations. We focus on all of our residents’ needs, including their quality of life. And we communicate with family members to promote customer satisfaction. Also, we encourage our employees, residents and family members to communicate with the leadership in our locations if they have any concerns or problems. In addition we operate a Customer Response and Compliance Hotline (800-572-9981) to report problems, concerns and compliments.
