Changes in health status can affect more than physical well-being. Physical changes can lead to mental health changes as well. A person who is depressed about a diagnosis or angry about a change in living arrangements may not be able to recover well or adapt to the change in status.
We recognize the importance of ministering to the whole person during difficult times, and we offer a range of mental healthcare services. For our residents in need of professional mental health services, we offer evaluation and counseling by trained social workers, psychologists or psychiatrists.
